SALES ADVISOR - BURY ST EDMUNDS (PART-TIME)
Permanent Part-Time Sales Advisor Roles at H&M Bury St Edmunds
About the Role
These are 20-hour-per-week permanent part-time positions based in the H&M Bury St Edmunds Store (located in the Arc Shopping Centre). Flexibility is required for 5 days, including weekends.
What You’ll Do
As a H&M Sales Advisor, your role is central to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Representing the H&M brand positively by engaging with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting retail experience
- Supporting commercial and operational actions with colleagues to hit store goals and achieve sales targets
- Staying updated on latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors, and using this knowledge to inspire and assist customers
- Providing and receiving feedback to help yourself and your team learn, develop, and grow
Who You’ll Work With
Our stores are the heart of the business, where customers first experience our brand. You’ll join a dynamic Store Team, which includes:
- Sales Advisors
- Team Leaders
- Department Managers
- Visual Merchandisers
- Store Managers Together, you’ll create an inspiring environment for both customers and colleagues.
