Sales Executive - Commercial Property (3-Month Contract with Permanent Opportunity)
Location: St Paul's, London (nearest station: Cannon Street)
Hybrid working arrangement, 1-2 days working from home, with flex
Salary: Equivalent to £29,000 basic (£14.63 per hour + holiday pay, paid weekly)
Commission: Uncapped, averaging £1,200 per quarter (around £400 per month)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

The role
You'll be speaking with prospective customers throughout the day, responding to enquiries, proactively following up leads and helping people find the right property solution.
This is a fast-paced, sales-focused position where success comes from building rapport, asking great questions and confidently guiding customers through the next steps.
You'll
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to follow up warm enquiries and generate appointments
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and confidently
- Build relationships and identify customer needs through effective questioning
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Keep customer records up to date using the CRM system
- Coordinate appointments, viewings and customer follow-up
- Support the wider team with administration and reporting where needed

About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales and is motivated by achieving targets.
You'll Likely Come From a Background Such As
- Contact centre sales
- Telesales
- Outbound sales
- Customer sales
- Estate agency
- Retail sales
- Membership or service sales
You'll Also Have
- Experience working in a target-driven sales environment
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- A resilient, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
