Pelham Homes, part of NCHA, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in a brand-new role, created to support the expansion of our high-quality housing developments across the East Midlands. Your first projects will be at our exciting new developments in Old Dalby and Long Clawson near Melton Mowbray.

The Role
Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our New Homes Sales Team, working closely with our Marketing and Communications Team to promote stunning new homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries and maintaining our CRM database
- Delivering exceptional customer service from first contact to key handover
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Selling homes off-plan, including optional upgrades
- Coordinating the sales process with solicitors, customers, and internal teams
- Ensuring show homes and developments are presented to the highest standard

Your knowledge of the local housing market and ability to achieve sales targets will help us meet ambitious growth goals.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Experience in new homes sales in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in property and the housing market
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A valid driving licence and access to a car (with business insurance)
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
