About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Advisor

  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
  • Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
  • Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
  • Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers

What Experience Do You Need?

We are open to receiving applications from candidates with a background in sales/customer service.

Advantageous if you have:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to cover our busiest times
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • A target-driven, proactive, and adaptable attitude

Eligible working hours: Thursday to Monday, 10am–5pm
