About Us
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in our stunning Bath Showroom. This is a 16 hours a week role which requires weekend availability. As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and will spend your time advising them with inspirational ideas to fulfil their needs. You should thrive in a sales and customer service environment, always going above and beyond.
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis in Bath. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, offering product advice and support whilst driving sales through genuine engagement and professionalism. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences and will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide tailored product recommendations
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting value and quality
- Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale system
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective consultative selling
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and stock availability
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming shop floor environment
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
- Support the wider team during busy periods and contribute to a collaborative working atmosphere
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and product performance

Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting targets
- Customer service excellence and a genuine passion for helping others
- Reliable time keeping and ability to work flexibly within agreed part-time hours
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable:
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Product knowledge relevant to our industry
- Problem-solving abilities and resilience in a dynamic environment
