There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our North London Division is looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join the Division’s Sales team. The development we are recruiting for is located in Regent's Gate, Virginia Water, Surrey, GU25 4JA.
The Role
The role of Sales Advisor, reports to the Sales Manager and carries out all sales aspects involved in the day-to-day running of a development, whilst ensuring we give the highest level of service to all customers. The role also involves achieving or exceeding sales targets as well as effectively progressing reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, as defined by senior management
Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors on a regular basis to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completions including assisting customers post completion with the reporting of any repairs or customer issues

Proactively work with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas to achieve increased sales
Responsible for the general presentation of the site and ensuring it is always maintained to the highest standards
Ensure that all relevant knowledge is acquired to be able to give full and accurate information to purchasers
Guide customers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate the product, features and benefits
Ensure all sales site visitors have been made aware of Bellway’s Health and Safety Policy and they are always accompanied by a Bellway representative
Effectively utilise Bellway’s CRM system, including maintaining accurate records
Liaise with Site Manager to ensure all customer meetings are arranged in a timely manner
Attend and record a weekly Sales/Site Meeting with the Site Manager and complete any action points arising
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, processes and standards
Experience
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Experience of working within the housebuilding industry would be beneficial
Experience of delivering excellent customer service
Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information
Experience of property sales and marketing process
Experience of dealing with people in a customer focused environment including home visits

Qualifications And Training
Current full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle for business use as required
Skills and Aptitude
Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of the home buying/conveyancing process
Ability to use own initiative to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet sales/completion targets
Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems
Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and have strong interpersonal skills
Committed to diversity and inclusion

The Role and Working Conditions
Predominantly a site-based role but with travel to divisional offices required
Flexible approach with regard to working hours and location, including weekends and occasional evenings as required
