Job Introduction
Since 1886, Whittard of Chelsea has been crafting extraordinary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate experiences. We believe in curiosity, quality, and the kind of service that turns everyday moments into something memorable. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our store team.
If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make a real impact.
You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 2 days.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew
- Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods
- Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organised
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
- Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days
