Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Research prospective clients to align solutions with their business needs.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
- Craft persuasive sales pitches tailored to individual customers.
- Use advanced negotiation techniques to address and overcome objections.
- Secure telephone sales conversions for agreed-upon deals.
- Manage existing customer accounts to drive repeat business.

Skills & Experience
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Previous experience in a sales advisor or customer service role.
- Interest in boating/marine industry knowledge (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proiciency in Microsoft Windows & Office applications.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) systems.
- Highly result-driven and motivated, with a track record for exceeding targets.
