Salary: £27,976 per annum + Commission

The B2C Sales Team
Our B2C Sales Team drives growth across One Utility Bill (OUB) and **Fused’. New advisors join monthly to meet our ambitious targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers.
- Retaining existing contract holders.
You’ll belong to one of these two sub-teams:
- Notify Team → Targets new tenants for Notify clients, explaining their utility suppliers and presenting the OUB package (focused on the rental market).
- SSU (Self Sign Up) Team → Follows up on OUB & Fused website quotes where users started moving-home processes but didn’t complete sign-ups.
Activity Pace:
✅ 50–60 outbound calls per day ✅ ~3 hours of daytime talk time ✅ 2–3 sales closed per day

What You’ll Do
This is a telephonic, outbound role:
- Speak to potential/existing customers on behalf of OUB/Fused.
- Highlight benefits of our offerings and close deals.
Your core skills needed:
- Strong admin & organisation (managing pipelines, quotes & emails).
- Autonomous work style to hit KPIs independently.

- 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- Based in our Ouseburn (Newcastle) office
