Sales Advisor
Sales Advisor – Car Parts Industry
At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic and passionate, always ensuring they deliver the very best service. They care about their customers and our business, which is a key part of our success.
We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor who will support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing towards branch and individual sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques
- Work within the sales team, promoting products and handling:
- Telephone inquiries
- Electronic queries
- Fully satisfy customer needs for:
- Part orders
- Returns or queries
- Contribute to a positive team performance while optimizing:
- Personal sales benchmarks
- Product promotions
- Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator as required to meet customer delivery requirements
- Develop knowledge of products through study of internal literature
- Use an E-learning portal to improve skills and performance
Average working hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including occasional Saturday working.

About You
As a Sales Advisor, you should have experience in: ✔ Telesales and/or customer service ✔ Ideally in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
What You’ll Need to Succeed
✅ Result-driven: Can work well and produce results under pressure ✅ Organised: Strong attention to detail ✅ Customer-focused: Passionate about delivering great service ✅ Target-driven: Motivated by sales and can handle rejection ✅ Willing to learn: Empowered to grow and develop ✅ Team player: Able to collaborate while also working independently ✅ Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal abilities ❄️ IT literate ⚡ Bonus points for: Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat (though not essential)
