Sales Team Leader

St Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00-19:00
Saturday rota may apply (part-time)
Salary: £24,980.00 per annum + incentives

You'll handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls, working across an omni-channel environment that includes phone, email, and webchat. You'll take an ethical, consultative approach to sales — always putting the customer first — and you'll be genuinely excited to hit and exceed your personal targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPIs and targets are consistently met
- Communicate with existing and prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and webchat
- Take ownership of your performance and ensure campaign and productivity targets are achieved
- Practice and promote ethical selling at all times
- Use objection handling and negotiation skills to introduce customers to our fantastic range of products and services
- Become a subject matter expert on GreenThumb's lawn care offerings
- Keep the customer at the centre of everything you do
- Support company growth by delivering a first-class new customer journey and identifying sales opportunities
- Promote and implement our Direct Debit programmes
- Act as a proud ambassador for GreenThumb in everything you do
- Handle all calls professionally, promptly, and courteously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the GreenThumb database
- Provide feedback on campaign trends to help us continuously improve
- Adhere to all GreenThumb policies and procedures at all times

Do you have:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience working in a target driven environment.
- Sales Experience.
- Knowledge of handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Proven track record of achieving KPI’s/Targets.
