The role sits at the heart of customer service excellence—whether welcoming walk-ins, answering questions about designs, or helping customers conceptualise their perfect home.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences from store visit through every phase of the order lifecycle.
  • Provide bespoke guidance on products, styles, and layouts to bring customers’ visions to life (including handling rare complaints effectively).
  • Sales-focused yet empathetic: meet customers’ needs with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
  • Support floor promotions, maintain positive store conditions, and champion continuous improvement—potential innovations are welcomed!
  • Train in design consulting—from sketching room layouts to estimating costs—so you can offer tailored flooring solutions.
  • Foster a 5-star-rated service environment (depicted on Trustpilot).
