Rituals Advisor
As a Rituals Advisor, you’re part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
Being a Rituals Advisor means being a luxury sales advisor with exciting opportunities for career growth.
By working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll achieve your personal goals as well as those of the store. You’ll interact with customers daily and ensure a ‘best-in-class’ customer experience. You’ll adhere to store operational and safety procedures, while maintaining cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide expert advice on our products.
- Deliver a luxury, personalised shopping experience.
- Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to meet both personal and store targets.
- Maintain operational safety protocols and visual merchandising standards.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
