Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to identify new sales opportunities
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Research prospective clients to understand their business needs
  • Build a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly targets
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer
  • Overcome customer objections using advanced negotiation techniques
  • Close sales deals effectively over the telephone
  • Manage customer accounts to encourage repeat business

Skills & Experience

  • A passion for, and experience in, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
  • An interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and problem-solve
  • Familiarity with SOP systems
  • Highly motivated, with a result-driven mindset to deliver and exceed targets
