Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Role
No Experience Required - Immediate Starts (Full-Time Equivalent)
Looking to develop new skills within a customer-facing environment? Interested in joining a growing team where practical experience and ongoing development are available from the start?
Our client, based in London, is a growing sales and marketing company representing recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face residential customer acquisition campaigns. Due to continued client demand, they are expanding their customer-facing team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in building communication, customer engagement and sales skills.
Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start, making this a suitable long-term opportunity for individuals with or without previous experience.
What You Can Expect
- Earnings: A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), where applicable, plus commission and financial incentives. Earnings are paid weekly.

Who They're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills due to the customer-facing nature of the opportunity.
- Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week between Monday and Saturday).
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A professional approach and commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
Successful individuals will represent organisations through face-to-face customer engagement within residential environments across the London area. Responsibilities include supporting customer acquisition activities, providing clear information about products and services, delivering a professional customer experience and completing relevant sales administration. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.

No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, front of house, waiting staff, warehouse, administration and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.
Our client welcomes those who have recently completed/graduated (School/College/University) looking for full time equivalent career opportunities, 4/5 days per week (Between Mon-Sat).
