Are you passionate about helping people and making a real difference? Do you have a knack for sales and a drive to achieve targets? The Direct Team is looking for motivated individuals to join them in providing specialist insurance solutions to contractors, consultants, freelancers, and professionals across the oil & rail sectors.

About the Role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring policies are renewed and service levels are maintained.
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone, delivering exceptional service.
- Work closely with underwriters to agree policy restrictions and conditions.
- Contribute to both new business growth and renewal performance, with a structured incentive plan.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record in sales or retention.
- Strong sales skills and ability to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Customer-focused, confident, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of results.
- Understanding of conduct risk and non-advised status.
