Our projects, fleet services, and remote field engineering teams ensure complete customer satisfaction, whether it’s an individual rental unit or a complete, permanent, turnkey solution.


About the Role

The Siltbuster team in Monmouth are looking for a Sales Advisor to provide valuable support to both our Technical Sales Engineers, as well as our customers, in progressing enquiries through to the purchase order stage. No two days are the same in this role, and some of the responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customers with queries via phone, email, and our interactive web portal
  • Updating Salesforce and providing information when requested
  • Preparing and sending quotations to customers
  • Supporting the Technical Sales Teams in progressing enquiries and opportunities through to completion
  • Liaising with other internal departments to confirm engineer and equipment availability
  • Providing ** handover information** to the engineering team, ensuring effective delivery of solutions
  • Supplying the Operational teams with appropriate details for the delivery of unit rentals, unit sales, or critical spares/component sales
  • Conducting end-of-contract customer satisfaction surveys

For this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering good customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. You will need to be organised, with attention to detail, as well as being proficient in the use of Office 365.

About You

  • Relevant experience in a customer service/customer-facing role is preferred
  • Experience in a sales or sales support role is desirable
  • A keen interest in sales activities in the water and environmental space
  • The ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to think outside the box with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Able to provide high-level customer service
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information and adapt style to suit the target audience
  • Competent in the use of Office 365, notably Excel and Word
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong team player, approachable
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
