Sales Advisor - London Jermyn Street

Role As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true Brand Ambassador: welcoming each client with care, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized and memorable shopping experience—both in-store and online. Your contribution will be essential to strengthening the brand image and achieving sales goals through quality service and trusted relationships. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service, enhancing every client interaction and promoting the Brand, the product, and loyalty programs. Understand customer needs, passionately present the product, and guide them toward the best choice. Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets). Contribute actively to individual and team sales targets. Handle customer requests or complaints professionally, together with the Store Manager. Maintain store order and image (front and back areas) aligned with brand standards. Support omnichannel flows and inventory activities. Assist with cash operations and procedures in compliance with company policies. Who we are looking for You have a strong passion for fashion and customer service. You stand out for elegance, empathy, and relational skills. You are proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn. You have a positive, collaborative team mindset. Previous experience in fashion, luxury, or premium retail is a plus.
