Blue Diamond Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly respected, residential developer in the appointment of an experienced Sales Advisor to work across developments throughout Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning house builder renowned for delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in helping purchasers through one of the most important decisions of their lives, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to the completion of their new home.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets across a number of developments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming prospective purchasers and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records using the CRM system.
- Conducting development and show home tours.
- Taking reservations and preparing all associated sales documentation.
- Progressing sales from reservation through to legal completion.
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and valuers.
- Maintaining excellent product, development, and market knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and external stakeholders.

About You
To be successful, you'll ideally possess:
- Previous experience selling new build homes is essential.
- A proven track record within new homes sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to identify customer needs and close sales effectively.
- A motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
