At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, and passionate, ensuring they deliver the very best service to customers and play a key role in the success of our business.
The Role
We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by:
- Fully satisfying customer needs
- Contributing towards branch and individual sales targets
Main Duties Include:
- Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
- Collaborating with the sales team on product promotions, handling telephone and electronic queries
- Ensuring customer satisfaction for all part orders, bookings, and queries
- Supporting positive team performance, optimising personal productivity, and driving sales promotions
- Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet customer delivery requirements
- Developing expertise in automotive products through internal studies and E-learning portal training

Working Hours:
- 45-hour average (Mon–Fri), with alternate Saturday shifts required
About You
We’re looking for candidates with experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work well and deliver under pressure
- Organised with a sharp attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset
- _target-driven, motivated by sales, and resilient to rejecting
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Strong teamwork skills alongside the ability to work independently
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- IT literate
- Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat would be an advantage but isn’t mandatory
