About The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, from initial enquiry to handover. You’ll build lasting relationships, provide expert product advice, and ensure every customer leaves delighted with both their new vehicle and the service they’ve received.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone to understand their needs.
  • Presenting and demonstrating new and approved used vehicles.
  • Managing the full sales process, including finance and insurance products (FCA compliant).
  • Achieving and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensuring every customer enjoys a professional, friendly, and memorable experience.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator with a passion for people and cars.
  • Experience in automotive or retail sales preferred, but not essential, full training provided.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
