**Shop Advisor – North London Flooring Stores *(Multiple Roles Available)

We’re looking for a passionate, people-driven individual to join our North London store team! This role is all about transforming customers’ visions into reality—using our *superior product expertise and world-class customer service.

📝 Your Responsibilities

  • Create unforgettable customer experiences by engaging with every interaction, from pre-sale advice to post-sale support.
  • Provide expert guidance—from asking key questions, drawing room layouts to explaining products with clarity.
  • Deliver exceptional service, including resolving queries and handling escalations (yes, even the occasional complaints politely!).
  • Support your store in relentless self-improvement, driving sales, updating promotions and maintaining a showroom-shiny environment.
  • Leverage our mighty product knowledge—we’ll train you up thoroughly on textures, installation, trends, and costasses to bespoke consultations.
  • Push back against apathy, not customers—deliver flooring excellence every day!
