Sales Advisor
Sales Advisor (24 Hours Per Week)
Temporary Position: 20th May – 6th September 2026 Location: Samsonite Bicester Store, Unit 45, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, OX26 6WD
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Samsonite, you will represent a globally recognised brand celebrated for its innovation, durability, and style in travel solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and embody Samsonite’s core values in every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Identify customer travel needs and recommend Samsonite products that best suit their lifestyle.
- Provide accurate information about product features, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Apply the Smiles Selling Standards and follow Samsonite’s customer engagement process.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases through personalised service.
- Deliver inspiring service that reflects Samsonite’s commitment to excellence.

Store Performance & Analysis
- Stay informed of all store communications and brand updates.
- Understand store budgets, targets, and KPIs to contribute to retail success.
- Share insightful feedback to support continuous improvement.
Stock Management
- Ensure accurate pricing and premium presentation of all Samsonite products.
- Follow procedures for stock control and prevent shrinkage.
- Maintain high standards in inventory accuracy.
Operations
- Adhere to Samsonite’s operational policies (cash handling, health & safety, etc.).
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment aligned with brand standards.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Store Manager.
- Support adherence to environmental policies (Green Mark).

Merchandising, Marketing & Promotions
- Maintain visual merchandising and window displays to global Samsonite standards.
- Stay informed about current promotions and marketing campaigns.
Communication & Brand Representation
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members.
- Share market trends and customer feedback with the Store Manager.
- Follow Samsonite’s dress code and grooming standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Samsonite’s values and integrity.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Store Manager.
