We are seeking professional, customer oriented Parts Advisors to join our team in our Leighton Buzzard branch. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer engagement, thrives on building strong business relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and products Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range to proactively meet customer needs Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand and minimise product returns through improved customer support Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities across various customer segments and product categories
