Sales Advisor – The Perfume Shop

About the Role
Are you passionate about perfume and love people? Do you want to be part of a supportive team and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll create outstanding customer experiences and drive sales growth. Supporting our stores’ everyday operations, you’ll be customer-focused, working alongside a supportive team to meet key targets that contribute to the store’s success.
Contracted Hours: 16 Contract Type: Permanent Pay Rate: £8.81 - £13.04 (including commission)
What You Will Do
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional service by listening and adapting to their needs
- Provide expert advice on perfume selections (we’ll cover all the training you need!)
- Help your team achieve and exceed store and team targets (with great incentives and prizes)
- Ensure every customer receives a free rewards card to maximise future savings
