About the Role

Looking to start (or restart) a career in sales? Experience in sales is not required. We are seeking confident communicators, problem-solvers, and relationship builders.

Ideal candidates have experience in:

  • Retail
  • Hospitality
  • Customer service (including call centres)
  • Administrative or recruitment roles
  • Any customer-facing position

At Radius, full training is provided, and we hire for attitude, potential, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer engagement: Speaking to customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Demonstrating value: Clearly explaining features and benefits, conducting online screen-sharing demonstrations as needed
  • Revenue generation: Identifying opportunities across existing fuel card clients and new prospects
  • Lead management: Following up on internal leads and website enquiries
  • Post-sales support: Ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their experience, while obtaining additional orders and referrals
  • Order processing: Taking orders and organising installations
