Sales Advisor – Hybrid Role (Altrincham)
Job Details
- Role: Sales Advisor (full-time, permanent)
- Location: Altrincham, Cheshire (hybrid working – 3 days in office/2 days at home)
- Hours: 37.5 per week across Mon–Sun shifts (08.30am–8pm)
- Salary: £28,000 per annum + strong bonus potential + excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities
Core Sales Duties
- Lead both inbound and outbound sales, expanding the company’s customer base
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying needs and securing sales
- Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound calls/chats, qualifying leads and generating opportunities
- Clearly communicate product details, pricing, promotions to close deals effectively
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the team to maximise sales performance
- Ensure 100% compliance with GDPR and internal quality standards

Operator & administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems
- Retain a high level of organisational discipline and attention to detail
- Contribute continuous improvement ideas to refine processes
- Foster strong internal relationships within the sales team
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
✅ Sales/Contact Centre Background – Proven experience in a customer-facing or telesales role ✅ Psychologist’s Mindset – Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, and results-driven ✅ Communication Skills – Persuasive, excellent verbal/written skills for consultative sales calls ✅ IT Literacy – Conficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced spreadsheets), and PowerPoint ✅ Attention to Detail – Accuracy in data entry, CRM updates, and compliance adherence
