Role Overview
Salary: £12.71/hr + UNCAPPED COMMISSION We are seeking an energetic, resilient, and commercially driven Sales Advisor to reinforce our expanding Sales Team.
This is an outbound sales focused role, emphasising direct engagement with prospective parents and adult learners. The successful candidate must showcase:
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Handling objections with confidence
- Driving conversions to enrolments
- Thriving in fast-paced environments
Ideal candidates will have:
- Prior experience in telesales, outbound sales, or contact centre sales
- A results-driven mindset with dedicated follow-up and target achievement
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective parents and adult learners to explore educational support options
- Manage inbound and outbound sales across multiple lead channels including:
- Outreach via phone/emails
- CRM database management
- Quickly build rapport, address objections, and close deals effectively
- Convert enquiries into consultations and successful enrolments
- Maintain meticulous records within the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain high activity and productivity levels
- Balance exceptional customer experience with commercial urgency
- Assume accountability for individual performance development
- Uphold high-performance team culture contributions
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to maximise conversion
- Align with team and individual KPIs including:
- Enrolments
- Conversion rates
- Talk time
- Follow-up activity
- Sustain professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout engagement
- Support wider team objectives & Optimise prospected client relationships

Essential Criteria
✔ Previous experience in a sales-focused role ✔ Telemarketing or outbound calling skills (proficient telephone communication) ✔ Comfort with target-based performance measures ✔ Resilience and commercial attitude ✔ Strong objection handling and closing techniques ✔ Strong organisational abilities with persistent follow-up management ✔ Ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment ✔ Keen collaborative attitude toward team success

Desirable Experience
✅ Former education, training, or service-led sales environment experience ✅ Contact centre or outbound dialler sales background ✅ Prior exposure to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ✅ Proven track record supporting customer-centric sales culture

Working Pattern
Home-Based – Part-Time Expected Hours: (Fully Remote)
- Monday–Thursday: 18:00–20:30 (UK BST)
- One Weekend Venue: 10:00–14:30 (inclusive)
