About the Role
One Utility Bill (OUB) and their dedicated student brand Fused Bills are on a mission to simplify finances with customisable bills, bill-splitting options, and streamlined payments. Currently supporting 49,000+ happy customers, they’re rapidly expanding and need more Sales Advisors to drive growth As part of our B2C Sales Team, you’ll work across both OUB and Fused, acquiring new customers through targeted outreach.
The team typically adds advisors monthly, with success hinging on high-call volumes, persistence, and strong deal-closing skills. Join one of two core specialisations:
- Notify Team: Targets new tenants, informing them of their utility providers and pitching OUB’s custom package—ideal for focusing on the rental market.
- SSU (Self Sign Up) Team: Follows up on website-generated quotes where users indicated they’re moving home but haven’t yet completed sign-ups.
Regardless of sub-team,you’ll promote OUB and Fused’s value proposition, build rapport, and close sales confidently.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is an outbound, target-driven role with core responsibilities focused on driving conversions:
- Daily Outbound Calling: Achieve 50–60 calls per day, maintaining 3 hours of active talk time.
- KPIs to Excel: On average, succeed in saving 2–3 packages per day.
- Pipeline Management: Independently manage your sales pipeline, create quotes, and track emails.
- Closing Deals: Apply motivational tactics to secure sign-ups despite rejections.

Shift Schedule & Expectations:
- Full-time office-based role (first 6 months)
- KPI-driven
- Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–5pm)
After a successful probation period, we consider 2 days’ hybrid working per week.
