Sales Advisor
Head of Sales Advisor – GSF Car Parts
About the Role
At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make a difference. Our Sales Advisors care about our customers and our brand—this passion is foundational to our ongoing growth and success.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor who will:
- Support the branch in fully satisfying customer needs.
- Contribute to meeting branch and personal sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, applying effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate within the sales team—assisting with product promotions, handling telephone inquiries, and managing electronic queries.
- Fully address customer needs related to part orders, returns, or product queries.
- Contribute to a positive team culture while working towards personal benchmarks to optimise performance and meet sales product promotion goals.
- Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator as needed to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Expand product knowledge through study of internal literature.
- Enhance performance using the E-learning portal.
Working Hours: 45-hour average (Mon–Fri), including alternate Saturday shift requirements.

Requirements & Experience
Essential Skills:
As a successful Sales Advisor at GSF Car Parts, you’ll have:
- Experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Outstanding customer-centric skills—always prioritising client needs.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, delivering results as expected.
- Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Target-driven motivation—comfortable dealing with rejection, and excited by sales achievements.
- Team player with self-discipline—able to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Computing confidence (IT literacy required).
- Basics of car parts knowledge and familiarity with MAM/AllWrench systems would be advantageous, but isn’t mandatory.
