Position: Sales Advisor

Objective: The Sales Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the General Manager by driving new membership sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attracting new members to the studio.
  • Booking members for First Time Offers.
  • Retaining existing members.

Requirements

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to generate sales in:
    • Memberships
    • Retail
    • Private training
    • Teacher training
  • Proficiency in using software systems, specifically the Club Ready software.
  • Capability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication abilities in:
    • In-person interactions
    • Phone conversations
    • Email exchanges
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills required.

The position may occasionally require daily or occasional travel.


Responsibilities

To ensure the club’s continued success, the Sales Advisor will:

  • Execute a sales process:
    • Generate leads.
    • Conduct follow-ups.
    • Secure sales closure.
  • Conduct property tours and build relationships with potential members while addressing their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal sales production.
  • Emphasise and enforce Club Pilates’ mission as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Present available services to:
    • Current members.
    • Prospective members.
  • Book qualified training appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Participants in promotional events including:
    • Health fairs.
    • Grand openings.
    • Marathons.
    • Community and hospital events.
  • Focus on skill development in advancing selling techniques.
  • Additional duties as required by management.
