Permanent Part-Time Sales Advisor – 12 & 16 Hours
Location: H&M Salisbury store
This is a permanent part-time role requiring 3-4 days flexibility including weekends.
What You’ll Do
As a H&M Sales Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Representing the H&M brand positively by engaging with customers and delivering an outstanding service.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store targets, ensuring commercial and operational goals are met.
- Staying updated on fashion trends, brands, and competitors to inspire customers and guide their shopping decisions.
- Providing and receiving feedback to support personal and team development.

Our store team is the beating heart of the business, where customers experience the H&M brand firsthand. You’ll team up with:
- Sales Advisors
- Team Leaders
- Department Managers
- Visual Merchandisers
- Store Managers
