Healthy and Wise, part of the Zen Health Foods family, is a well-loved health store in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. We offer trusted natural products, expert advice, and a welcoming environment where people come to feel supported in their health journey.
We’re looking for a Health Store Advisor to join our team. Someone who enjoys connecting with customers, listening to their needs, and helping them find the right solutions - whether it’s a trusted supplement or health food staple.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with care, curiosity and confidence
- Offer helpful, personalised advice to guide customers in their choices
- Keep shelves stocked and displays fresh and inviting
- Handle till and shop floor duties
- Stay up to date on store promotions and new arrivals
- Support smooth day to day running of the store
- Help come up with new social media content weekly
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and great with people
- A strong interest in health, nutrition and wellness
- Reliable and confident working as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in the health food sector is ideal
- Retail experience is essential
- A willingness to learn and grow
