Allen Motor Group – Netherlands Ford Dealership in Slough – Sales Advisor (Full-Time)
About the Role Allen Motor Group is searching for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join their Ford dealership in Slough. This essential role involves assisting and managing both onsite and digital customer enquiries, ensuring a positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities You will handle:
- Inbound and outbound engagements via email, telephone, and digital channels.
- Achieving personal and team-based sales targets while prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Guiding customers through the purchasing process, including:
- Financial product advice (introductory repayment plans? extended warranty?)
- Accessory accreditation
- Insurance and regulatory compliance
- Adhering to financial product and insurance sales regulations.

- Incentives: Plus an uncapped commission and bonus scheme.
- Bonus Scheme: Entry-level band (private sale candidates) could earn around £67,000 whilst achieving team targets.
Compensation
- £22,770 (covered via tax-free bonus) + uncapped commission, with previous advisors averaging £47,500.
- Company car, included for every new sales advisor.
- Working hours: 5 days/week (42 hours).
