Sales Advisor – 10+ Hours

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll create an outstanding customer experience, drive sales, and assist with daily operations. You’ll be part of an amazing team focused on making every customer feel valued, confident, and special.


Contract Details

  • Contracted Hours: 10 hours per week
  • Type: Permanent
  • Pay Rate: £10.05–£14.33 per hour

What You Will Do

  • Greet and serve customers with empathy, listening to their preferences
  • Provide expert advice on perfume selections (with full training provided)
  • Help the team meet and exceed store and team sales targets (with commission incentives)
  • Offer every customer a free reward card to maximise future savings
  • Support operational tasks as needed to ensure a seamless in-store experience
