Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!
At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
Come and join our team in our Hereford store! This is an 8 hour per week contract primarily covering weekends.

Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm Share your product knowledge to inspire and guide informed buying decisions Demonstrate products and communicate offers in a way that builds trust and adds value Achieve and exceed sales goals through quality customer interactions Maintain an appealing store environment and support visual merchandising Process transactions accurately and professionally Learn and develop through structured training and ongoing coaching
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Are confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers Have worked in a customer-facing sales role Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Have retail or customer service experience You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota
