Lindum Group is a family-run business operating as a successful construction company since 1956. We provide a range of construction services from new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects to construction-related services such as plant hire, security, roofing, and waste recycling. We currently have over 630 direct employees on our sites, in our workshops, and company offices in Lincoln, Peterborough, and York.

We are currently recruiting for a professional and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our Homes division to be based at one of our sites in Lincolnshire (Scothern, Birchwood, or Waddington). Your primary role will be to guide our customers through the home buying process and ensure they have a seamless and memorable experience.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns throughout their home buying journey by providing detailed information regarding our properties and offerings.
  • Act as their support from initial enquiry through to contract signing ensuring clarity and transparency are given at every step.
  • Use an in-house CRM system to maintain customer information and track the progress of their home purchase.
  • Provide first-class customer service skills and aftercare support once our buyers have moved into their new home.

As the successful applicant, you will have the following:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the housing industry, although training will be given.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for helping people achieve their dream of home ownership.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

The roles will be 4 days per week including weekends (which are worked on a rota). Additional hours may be available to suit the needs of the business (holiday cover, etc.).

Due to the location of the sites, a driving license and access to a car is required.
