Sandicliffe Motor Group, an award-winning and trusted automotive retailer, is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join our Leicester dealership, selling new and used vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business known for its strong values, customer excellence, and commitment to developing its people.
As a Sales Advisor at Sandicliffe, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team where your success is recognised, your earnings are uncapped, and your career development is taken seriously.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling new and used vehicles in line with Sandicliffe and FCA processes
- Delivering an outstanding, transparent customer experience from enquiry to handover
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and finance solutions
- Managing leads, test drives, follow-ups, and vehicle handovers
- Accurately maintaining customer and sales records

About You
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive sales desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
