An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Birmingham.
Role & Responsibilities Of The Sales Advisor
- Handle customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
- Build trust and recommend the most appropriate products and services.
- Guide customers through the buying journey from enquiry to sale.
- Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate to maximise value.
- Accurately update customer information on the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

About You As The Sales Advisor
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, telesales, customer service, or customer retention.
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
- Able to handle objections professionally.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within a KPI-driven environment.
