Store Manager / Retail Executive

Location: London, Knightsbridge (high-end end retail environment) Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) Compensation:

  • £2,300 gross per month
  • Variable income through:
    • Commission (achievement of individual sales targets)
    • KPI-based bonus (contribution to store performance)

Job Description

As brand ambassador for Anne Fontaine, this role requires mastery of the brand’s universe to deliver a personalized customer experience while ensuring the store’s commercial objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio
  • Participate in collection launch events (organization and execution)
  • Enhance in-store presentation while respecting the brand’s visual identity
  • Assist with stock management, tracking inventory reliability

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-end retail

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, proactive approach

  • Customer-centric mindset: ability to build relationships and };

    Listen attentively to needs, and exceed expectations with enthusiasm.

  • Ability to inspire customers, collaborate effectively, and thrive within a motivated team

  • Kentledge of fashion trends with high energy and a positive attitude
