Join us as a Sales Advisor at our North London store earning a base salary of £30,000 per annum plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one – with typical earnings of up to £400 per month.

What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor…
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.
- Sell premium fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone and via Live Chat.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products to help them achieve their goals.
- Demonstrate equipment and apps confidently and accurately.
- Work one weekend in two, plus alternate bank holidays – giving you regular time for family and friends.
What we’re looking for…
- Confident, proactive attitude.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- Strong ability to upsell, cross-sell and guide customers through the full buying journey.
- Motivated by achieving targets and earning monthly bonuses.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Good numeracy and communication skills.
