Sales Advisor – Chelmsford
£13.50 per hour + uncapped bonus (earn up to £300/month) Part-Time, 30 hours per week (Thursday–Sunday, including Bank Holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional in-store experience:
- Provide outstanding customer service – in-store, over the phone, and via Live Chat
- Sell premium fitness equipment by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
- Demonstrate equipment and explain features and apps confidently
- Work 30 hours/week, including overtime opportunities

- A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales
- Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
- A genuine interest in fitness and wellbeing
