The Role
As our Sales Agent, you’ll deliver an outstanding client experience from first contact through to successful transactions. Key responsibilities include:

- Handling inquiries and conducting viewings efficiently
- Guiding buyers and sellers at every stage of the process, from initial consultation to completion
- Building long-term relationships with clients, both residential and commercial
- Providing accurate market advice and passing negotiations with clarity

You’ll collaborate closely with the team, maintaining detailed records in our internal systems while ensuring smooth operations. Your adaptability and ability to maintain a positive, collaborative atmosphere are essential.
Requirements
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Customer service expertise: Proven track record in trust-building and consistent support.
- Sales experience: Preferable within property or a related sector, with strong negotiation skills required.
- Organizational communication: Excellent attention to detail for documentation and follow-ups.
- Fast learner: Quick adaptability for new systems and tools.
- Local knowledge: Familiarity with Oxted and nearby towns is highly valued.
