Our Leasing Sales Executives handle inbound vehicle leasing enquiries and convert them into sales. They deliver expert advice and build strong customer relationships. The role is office based in Crewe, Monday to Friday.
Job Description
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Manage and respond to inbound vehicle leasing enquiries, guiding customers through all available options
- Present tailored automotive lease solutions that match customer needs, clearly explaining costs, terms, conditions, and vehicle information
- Negotiate effectively to secure profitable agreements while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Convert leads to successful sales
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to support retention, repeat business, and referrals
- Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the leasing process, ensuring customers fully understand the available financial and vehicle options
- Deliver excellent service post-sale, maintaining ongoing contact to ensure satisfaction and address any follow-up queries
- Provide referrals from Leasing Customers into the wider Radius Group (Fuel, Telematics, EV Charging, Telecoms / IT, Insurance, Energy and Expense Management)
- Identify lapsed contact customers and make proactive, targeted and informed outbound prospect calls
Operational & Process Management
- Accurately prepare quotations and agreements, ensuring full FCA (consumer duty and commission disclosure), BVRLA and Radius compliance processes are always followed
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM activity logs, ensuring full visibility of pipeline, interactions, and opportunities
- Keep up to date with new vehicles, leasing options, market trends, and competitor offerings to deliver relevant information to customers

Collaboration & Business Contribution
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth processing of orders, documents and invoicing
- Contribute to the positive team culture by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and embracing continuous learning and development
- Actively engage in promotional activity, outbound follow-ups, and opportunities to increase lead flow where required
Systems & Governance
- Ensure our Radius CRM is up to date at all times
- Follow up all leads within the set SLA
- Take an active approach to training and see compliance as part of the sales process
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to confidently convert enquiries into sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, understanding needs, and building long-term relationships
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to agreement, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
- Proficient in CRM systems for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate customer records
- Strong product knowledge and the capability to explain vehicle features, finance options, and lease terms clearly
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills to handle multiple enquiries and priorities effectively
- Telesales experience with a proven track record of converting leads is a plus
- Automotive industry sales experience with strong performance results is advantageous
