About The Role
Are you ready to play a leading role in one of the UK’s most vibrant and dynamic property markets?
Our UK Country Business is looking to recruit exceptional estate agents to help drive our Oxford and Cotswolds markets in our Summertown and Cirencester offices. From elegant period homes and prime city residences to contemporary developments and sought-after village locations, the successful candidates will be responsible for winning instructions, building market share and delivering exceptional client service.
Whilst property experience would be advantageous, it is by no means essential. We are equally interested in outstanding communicators with exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and a natural ability to build trust and influence.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market appraisals, viewings and negotiations to successful completion.
- Securing property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and professional introducers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and generate new business.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Building lasting relationships with clients while upholding Knight Frank's reputation and values.
- Demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a consistent track record of delivering results.
- Being self-motivated, organised and driven to exceed targets.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities.
