Company Description

PROFIT INSIGHT provides tactical solutions to the global banking and payments industry, helping clients address complex revenue and cost challenges. The company partners closely with financial services executives who are facing declining revenues and rising operating expenses. Through collaborative engagements, PROFIT INSIGHT designs and implements revenue enhancement, revenue assurance, and cost reduction strategies. These initiatives focus on measurable financial improvement while strengthening client relationships and operational performance. Team members work with diverse clients and markets, gaining exposure to high-impact, results-driven projects.

Role Description

This is a remote Sales Ambassador role. The Sales Ambassador will identify and qualify prospective clients in the banking and payments sector through research, outreach, and networking. Responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating with consulting and marketing teams to align messaging, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in consultative sales, business development, and relationship management with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, preferably in financial services, banking, or payments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, business-focused terms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand revenue, cost, and profitability drivers in client organizations
  • Comfort using CRM tools and digital communication platforms to track activities and maintain accurate records
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience selling professional services or consulting solutions is highly beneficial
  • Interest in the banking and payments industry and willingness to learn about revenue optimization and cost reduction strategies
