Your Role

We are looking for a talented Sales Ambassador to join our Global Flagship Gallery, Bluebird on the King's Road in Chelsea. If you are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences, thrive in a dynamic environment, and believe that exceptional service is at the heart of every successful sale, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create outstanding, personalised experiences that inspire and delight every customer by utilising our complimentary Room Planning service alongside home and site visits, taking full ownership of the sales journey from the first conversation through to final sale.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals, using strong product knowledge and storytelling to bring the brand to life while supporting customers through a design-led selling approach with room planning tools.
  • Manage quotes, orders, and CRM activity with accuracy and care, consistently follow up to convert opportunities into high-value sales, and contribute to a high-performance, customer-first gallery environment.

What You Bring

  • A driven mindset with a genuine passion for customer experience and sales.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills and natural ability to build rapport.
  • Highly organised with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional presentation aligned with luxury standards.
  • High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
