The Role We’re looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Performance team, supporting Sales Leadership with data-driven insights that improve performance, incentives, and commercial decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a genuine interest in commercial analytics who wants to develop into a well-rounded Sales Performance professional. You’ll work closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insight. What You’ll Be Doing Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Build and maintain sales dashboards and KPI reporting (primarily in Excel) Support commission and incentive reporting processes Translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights Deliver ad hoc analysis for Sales Leadership Help improve reporting accuracy, efficiency and structure Collaborate cross-functionally and with international Verisure teams What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in a sales, commercial, finance or analytical role Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, data manipulation) – essential Experience analysing sales or commercial performance data Ability to explain the “why” behind numbers, not just report them Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Confident communicator who can present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Exposure to Power BI or other BI tools desirable (not essential) Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused Comfortable working cross-functionally (DBS check required – covered by us) What You’ll Get Hybrid working (up to 2 days remote per week) Bupa private healthcare + MediCash Birthday off Discounted gym & health club membership Enhanced maternity & paternity leave Employee alarm discount Perkbox discounts & rewards Cycle to Work scheme Clear progression pathway within a high-growth business Why Verisure?
