About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and commercial problem solver to join our team. As a Sales Analyst you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to improve the productivity of the sales team.
You have excellent communication, analytical and data manipulation skills to exercise impact and increase the effectiveness of the sales organisation. In addition, you also have experience in data visualization and have proficient coding skills.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and have excellent analytical skills. Creating partnerships with sales leadership and building efficient, scalable sales processes and deep customer insights will be critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Supporting business through data analysis and research
- Running data insights covering sales pipeline as well as closed deals
- Creating data documentation including processes and data dependencies
- Conducting data review and verification and ensures corrections clarifications are made in a timely manner
- Providing data literacy problem solving to less technical teams (Business Partners, Sales, Customer Success etc)
- Resolving and/or guiding data sources in resolving basic data issues within specific functional area or data type.

Requirements
- Display excellent data literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail
- Have the ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
- Have excellent proofreading skills demonstrating facts can be linked together to create more meaningful conclusions
- Show proficiency with data transformation tools, analysis tools and processes
- Display proficiency with various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files
- Demonstrate proficiency with development languages such as SQL, UNIX, Linux, XML, HPCC, etc
- Display good experience in data management area with an analytical competencies demonstrated
