We are an international business, with a growing product portfolio that reaches patients in approximately 70 countries. We cover multiple therapy areas with a particular focus on rare disease, CNS, ophthalmology and gastroenterology. Our first development-stage asset is an anti-GD2 antibody for the treatment of high-risk neuroblastoma. We have a proven track record of acquiring, investing in and commercialising treatments.

The Sales Analyst is plays a critical role in enhancing sales force productivity and performance. This role is responsible for providing actionable insights through robust analysis of sales activity, field force KPIs, call planning effectiveness, targeting, and CRM data quality. The ideal candidate will support strategic commercial decisions by developing tools, dashboards, and performance frameworks to enable data-driven decisions that optimize field execution and align with commercial objectives. What You Will Bring

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, SFE, Commercial Analytics or similar roles in the pharmaceutical industry
  • CRM system experience (Veeva/Salesforce) preferred
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools
  • ABPI or pharma-related certification advantageous
  • Proficient in CRM analytics and territory management
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales incentive schemes and field KPIs
  • Previous experience manipulating and interpreting pharma sales data (e.g., IQVIA)
  • Strong business acumen and experience in data storytelling for commercial stakeholders
  • Familiarity with call planning, segmentation, and targeting strategies

What You Will Do

  • Analyse sales performance data, field force activity, and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support real-time sales team performance tracking and management.
  • Lead reporting and analytics around field KPIs: frequency, reach, call execution, territory coverage, and sales effectiveness.
  • Own and manage territory alignment, call plans, and incentive compensation tracking.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM), ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment with commercial processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to support strategy execution and align metrics with business goals.
  • Develop and manage field force effectiveness scorecards and regularly present insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support product launches by ensuring field force readiness through performance tracking tools and KPIs.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support on commercial initiatives, salesforce deployment strategies, and performance benchmarking.
  • Contribute to forecasting, territory sizing, and resource allocation efforts.
